I understand and appreciate that participation in fencing carries a risk to me of serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I knowingly recognize, accept and assume this risk upon entering this tournament and release the AHF, Martinez Academy of Arms, City Center, the participants, and all officials from any liability.

Fencers must be at least 18 years old to compete.
Note: See the rules for weapon and equipment requirements for the tournament. Each fencer is required to bring two weapons (per weapon category) to be inspected prior to the beginning of the tournament. It is the responsibility of the participants to have knowledge of and adhere to the rules.
Fees
$20.00 for members and $25.00 for non-members. Pre-registration is required. Please make your check or money order payable to the Association for Historical Fencing. Mail entries to:

Registration fees and forms must be post marked by May 26, 2005. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Cancellations must be received by May 20, 2005, in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be made after May 20th, unless the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather.
