Registration fees and forms must be post marked by January 4th 2007. If you plan to attend but can not send in your form before that date contact Antone Blair so that a spot may be reserved for you. Payment may be made at the door. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Notification of receipt of registration will be sent via e-mail along with the exact times and room for the training.
